1. Customer service: we fully service all policies, so if we have problems with a carrier, we know that you would. Poor service is not acceptable to us;
2. Claims paying practices: we follow companies for years to see how they perform in settling claims, and pick the best;
3. Policy structure: we believe that customers are best served by policies that specify the maximum financial risk that a covered person can be exposed to.
